My Story
For years, I poured into others while quietly struggling with my own health. Gut issues, fatigue, and stress became constant companions — until I realized God was using that season to teach me about healing in a deeper way.
Through faith and functional nutrition, I rebuilt my health from the inside out. It wasn’t about perfection — it was about grace.
Now, I help other women do the same: find peace with food, balance in their bodies, and strength in their faith.
